Famed Political Writer on Ghanaweb.Com, and former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate,  "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame  Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", has publicly said that he has been facing (increasing politically-motivated harassement and annoying phone calls from suspected Intelligence Units, Domestic and / or Foreign) --- ever since his May 17, 2010 published Ghanaweb.Com's story captioned : "Abolish Ghana Embassies to Save Tax Payers' Money" --- a story which has since then, mysteriously vanished from Ghanaweb's News Website !!!).

The Legendary "America's Mandela" vowed to continue to criticise "State-Sponsored Terrorism" anywhere in the World with his Peaceful (Non-Violent) Pen, and praised some of the Ghanaian Newspapers, especially Ghanaweb.Com which has for many years, given Voice to the Voiceless; and contributed to promoting Freedom of Speech in Ghana.

The Politician said that it is everybody's guess that a few Security Terrorists, and some Government Officials who practice State-Sponsored Terrorism are behind attempts to stiffle his Freedom of Speech --- (and may be operating without the knowledge of Ghana's President, His Excellency, John Evans Atta Mills).

However, His Excellency, President Mills would be held Internationally and Universally legally accountable --- if he presides over a State-Sponsored Terrorist government, dictated by former Ghana's Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings.

On America's side, the "Bigger than Life" Civil Rights and Human Rights Crusader, who has for many years publicly defended the "Democratic-Freedom Loving and Civilized White House Government" of being absolutely and 100% (un-aware) of the fact that a [few] Terrorists in the Intelligence Community, (some of whom may have collaborated with Ghana) --- are responsible for inflicting years of un-precedented Torture against him, and destroyed his Life by violating almost every aspect of his Civil Rights, Constitutional Rights, Human Rights and Natural Rights, amid subjecting him to the proverbial "Old Soviet era style of Death by Slow Starvation" --- ever since he first graduated from the Prestigious University of Southern California (USC) --- (just because of his Civil Rights and Human Rights Crusades, and has since been subjected into covert and overt operations and daily harassments, including three instances when Police with guns, raided him in the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" under false pretext, and an instance when he was brutally and barbarically put on a Political Show-Trial, after daring to become the first Ghanaian born to run for a higher political office in the history of America) ---- called on the same White House to accept Moral and legal Responsibilities for his ordeals, (since he has on many occasions, sent Electronic Mails to inform the White House of his victimizations and persecutions, and during the Presidency of Bill Clinton, filed a complaint notifying the White House about being persecuted and tortured.)

The Iconic Human Rights and Pro-American Democracy Activist, who has publicly revealed that he was personally informed in 2006, (after being contacted by a Contractor with the U.S. State Department of Education) --- that his Student Loans had been assigned to the C.I.A, criticised the "Politics of his Student Loans", which is now being used as a "Tool of Oppression, Intimidation and Torture", and noting that after sending Electronic Mail to the White House regarding his published story on Ghanaweb.Com entitled "Abolish Ghana Embassies to Save Tax Payers' Money" in which he criticised Intelligence Community who may be collaborating with Ghana against him, he has been harassed almost every everyday and almost every hour by calls from his Student Loans Collectors --- and it is everybody's guess now, which organization has been assigned to collect his Student Loans and the "Politics of My Student Loans" which appears to have become a "State-Sponsored Torture" --- "Absolutely, without the consent and knowledge of the Civilized Democratic Government of the White House", said the Scholarly Politician.

Meanwhile, the Expert on America-Africa Relations has said that the recent U.S. Embassy's denial of Diplomatic Visas to Ghana's Senior Government Officials within His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills' government could be a "Warm-Up Exercise" to place (Rawlings' controlled government on "Terrorist List"), for "savagery terrorizing its own African or Ghanaian People by persecuting innocent Asantes; discriminating against innocent Fantes; exploiting innocent Ewes to vote for the NDC in vain; direspecting innocent Gas and their King in their own Accra backyard, magilising and exploiting innocent Brongs, innocent Kwahus, innocent Akuapems, innocent Akwamus, innocent Denkyiras and innocent Ga-Adangbes; and deceiving innocent People from the Northern and Upper Regions, especially "Our Hausa Brothers and Sisters", to mention but a few).

"Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor said whereas the United States did the right thing by denying Diplomatic Visa for Atto Ahwoi whose hands are still bloody from Rawlings Military days --- U.S. Embassy erred by denying Ghana's Energy Minister, Dr. Oteng Agyei a Diplomatic Visa since the Energy Minister who was "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor's Senior at the famouse "Great Koss" High School, is a Patriot who is serving his Country and has [not] committed any Crime Against Humanity which Atto Ahwoi, Jerry John Rawlings, Boakye Djan, Kofi Awoonor, Kojo Tsikata and former President John Agyekum Kufuor who served PNDC's brutal Military regime are associated with.

(Ghana's Energy Minister, Dr. Oteng Agyei was the first Person to briefly introduce "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor to the Scripture Union (S.U) at the famed "Great Koss", where the future Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate was so popular in his High School days due to his Extraordinary Political Talents that he was referred to as "Political Advisor" or "J.P.K, the Political Advisor".

Returning to the Arizona Immigration Law, the Celebrated Human Rights and Civil Rights Activist hinted that Ghanaians without the possession of "Green Cards" in USA are staying away from visiting or moving to Arizona or may be running away from the State where a new State Law allows Police to question People about their "Papers".

The concerned Civil Rights Politician and head of Africans Civil Liberties Association (ACLA), has again, publicly advised Ghanaian Nationals in USA who do not have "Green Cards" [not] to visit or move to the State of Arizona to avoid arrest and deportation.

The Africans Civil Liberties Union (ACLA) is currently soliciting help from Immigration and Civil Rights Attorneys to fight for Ghanaian Nationals in USA, according to the Organization's Executive Director.

Similar "Different Colors, One People Immigration Marches" would be held at City Halls and State Capitols throughout the United States of America and around the World, especially Mexico, to protest Arizona's Anti-Immigrants Law.
