"Rolls Royce Agyepong" Owes IRS No Apology !!!--- Say's Kwame Mayor By Tsi-Tsi Mashinini, UHURU TIMES Former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate and ex-Candidate for Governor of California, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians all over the World as "Kwame Mayor", who currently is acting as the Leader of Ghanaians Abroad Coalition, has publicly told Ghanaians on his Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com and News Bulletins on his [Facebook] : KwameforPresident2012@Verizon.Net  / and KwameMayor@Gmail.Com --- that just as former AFRC and PNDC Military Junta Leader, Jerry John Rawlings stubbornly refused to disclose the source of the money he used to purchase expensive cars during former President John Agyekum Kufuor's administration, Hon. Kennedy Agyepong, whom he ("Kwame Mayor") has nicknamed "Rolls Royce Agyepong", owes [no] explanation to Ghana's Internal Revenue Department (IRS).   Ghana's Internal Revenue Service (IRS) allegedly, has begun investigations into the tax records of Kennedy Agyepong, the NPP Member of Parliament for Assin-North, who recently spent almost 8 Billion Cedis to purchase a specially manufactured Rolls-Royce saloon car.  "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor publicly asked Ghana's Internal Revenue Service, Narcotics Board and the Bureau of National Investigations as well as the Scotland Yard and America's FBI to set up investigations to ascertain how former Head of State, Jerry John Rawlings, who forced himself into power hungry and malnourished "like the victims of we are the World, we are the Children, so let us start giving", obtained money to finance a Political Party. " Former President John Agyekum Kufuor, the Greedy, selfish and Mean-Spirited Politician, should also be investigated ", said the Fair-Minded Politician. The Great Politician, who is still threatening to join the NDC, has begun Petition drive to oust Jerry John Rawlings as the Founder of the NDC --- explaining to Ghanaians that in truly Multi-Democratic Countries, no single person is allowed to be the "sole founder" of a Political Party, in order to prevent dictatorship. The "People's Politician" disclosed that he supports the right of Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings, wife of Jerry John Rawlings, to contest for the NDC Flagbearership --- but cautioned Nana Konadu that the moment she becomes a Political Candidate, she should expect legitimate attacks meted against all Politicians.    "In the United States bof America, Female Politicians are not exempted from Political attacks", said the U.S. educated Politician.    "I will definately support Nana Konadu Agyemang Rawlings since our Women should be given equal chance to participate in the democratic process, but Rawlings wife owes Ghanaians and the International Community an explanation as to why the "Savage Murderers" of the Martyred Ghanaian Judges (during PNDC era when the "Great Satan" former President John Agyekum Kufuor served Rawlings) --- obtained the keys of the car that was used to commit the murders in her kitchen. Meanwhile, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor, who attended Elementary School at Government Boys School, "Asem Boys" in Kumasi, Ashanti Region with several "Hausa Brothers", and was the Blue Section Leader, pleaded with "Brave Hausas" to immediately switch their allegiance to Rawlings and support him to unite Africa --- reminding "Our Zongo Brothers and Sisters" that it was Rawlings who overthrew the first President from the Northern part of Ghana and that it was Rawlings who executed Roger Feli and chased away Minyila.                                 IN ANOTHER DEVELOPMENT, the "Voice for the Voiceless" --- "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor has publicly asked Ghanaians and the International Community to join his Facebooks : KwameforPresident2012@Verizon.Net and KwameMayor@Yahoo.Com, and has again, publicly appealed to Ghana's Constitutional Review Committee to ensure that Ghanaians Abroad, especially Dual Citizens (like the Accra Mayor who is the best friend of His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills), are allowed hold Public Offices such as the Presidency --- arguing that the "June 4th Terrorism" caused many Intellectuals to flee the Country, thus causing Brain Drain --- further arguing that "a Nation that cannot take care of its Citizens has no Moral Right to complain when the Citizens flee to Greener Pastures and acquire "Papers".    "Ghanaians abroad and Dual Citizens can uplift Ghana into an advanced Nation in view of their extraordinary experiences", said the "People's Mayor" who has advised the NPP, NDC and CPP followers to ensure that their Flagbearers have intellectual, functional, technical, leadership and social skills".     "Don't elect a Flagbearer who still does not know how to send or receive Electronic mails or a Candidate who up to date has never heard about Facebook or Twitter, etc", said the Politician who has also lamented that sadly for most Africans who were educated abroad and became leaders, they end up behaving as if they have never travelled outside to interact with the rest of the International Community.    " We had former President John Agyekum Kufuor who attended Oxford University, yet when he became President, he abandoned Ghanaians abroad and lacked the forseight to ensure that Dual Citizens with (Birth, Blood and Ancestral Rights of Ghana), should be allowed to hold offices such as the Presidency as the challenges of the New Millennium demands.    "Unlike Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, the so-called Gentle Giant Kufuor, unfortunately was not a Visionary Leader during his term in office, and history will soon judge His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills, who instead of inviting "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor to serve Ghana with his extraordinary talents which have benefited Ghana for a long time, in terrms of strategic ideas, he (President Atta Mills) is also behaving like Kuffuor.      "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor, dubbed "America's Mandela" once again, asked Ghanaians Abroad --- including Dual Citizens to be emboldened by the extraordinary courage of Nelson Mandela who defied South Africa's apartheid --- and in the same way, defy "Ghana's Apartheid" that seeks to prevent indigenous "Dual Citizens" --- by Blood, Birth and Ancestry from holding public offices such as running for the Presidency.    "If you shut the Birth and Blood Rights of People from holding public office, you are directly or indirectly inviting them to use "By any means necessary to come to power", instead of the Peaceful (Non-Violent) and Democratic means, said the Celebrated Democracy Activist and Freedom Fighter.   Turning once again to this year's June 4th anniversary and explaining that none of those executed during the June 4th "Pigs Revolution" deserved to die --- (since none of them was given a fair trial to defend themselves, and were victims of "Kangaroo Courts"), former Ghanaian-American Los Angeles Mayoral Candidate, "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Appiah Boateng, popularly known by Ghanaians around the World as "Kwame Mayor", has publicly condemned the "Hypocritical and Sadistic Savages" who thronged to Teshie Firing Squad range in 1979 to watch the public executions of the former Heads of State and Army Generals, and said on his Campaign Website : WWW.KwameforPresident.Com, that Rawlings and Boakye Djan "could have been beheaded during the French Revolution !!!" --- pointing to (historical evidence) that Maximilien Robespierre, who was widely associated with beheading people during the French Revolution was [himself beheaded] by members of France's National Convention which had had enough of the Revolutionary Terror !!! Returning to the June 4th "Pigs' Revolution", the Maverick Politician said : "Folks, even though Rawlings is Evil, he must be given his due".   " Boakye Djan, who ordered the savagery execution of Okatakyie Akwasi Amankwa Afrifa is undoubtedly, (more evil than Rawlings"), said the Great Politician who is (Morally angry that the NPP has always failed to utilize his Political Talents), therefore, has once again, publicly threatened to join the "Democratic side of NDC" led by His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills --- (with the sole reason of flushing out or expelling the Political Terrorists' Camp within the [NDC]), and making the Party a National Party ---(in order to make the NDC more Democratic, and Civilized with respect for the Rule of Law and respect for the Sanctity of Life !!!).     "If NDC does not want to change, we will change it for them", said the Populist and Centrist Politician, who says that he does not want to become a Puppet to be controlled by Rawlings' like President John Evans Atta Mills.      " Yes, we can change NDC and remove Rawlings as the Founder and make Dr. Kwame Nkrumah the Founder --- (since Rawlings stole Dr. Nkrumah's CPP supporters to build his NDC), and yes, we can also remove all Political Terrorists from the NDC", said the so-called "Re-Incarnation of Ghana's first President", who has publicly blamed Rawlings for destroying the CPP and stealing the followers of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.    " We should do unto Rawlings, what he did to Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, said "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor. "Osagyefo Dr" Kwame Mayor praised His Excellency, President John Evans Atta Mills for "Gradually, rejecting State-Sponsored Terrorism", but reminded the President that although he has publicly washed his hands off the "Kangaroo Trial" of Nana Darkwa Baafi, an NPP activist "like Pontious Pilate", his government should ultimately be held accountable before International Courts for the Mental Torture and Psychological Torture of the NPP Defendant who is a victim of a disgraceful politically-motivated persecution and prosecution.
